I'm so impressed with Triumph Garage Doors. Last year, our house sustained terrible hail damage. Over the past months we had our roof replaced, New siding, gutters, pretty much the whole exterior. The garage door was the last thing to be replaced. Our insurance company did not have a contractor they worked with, and the task of finding a garage door company, was on us. They required us to get quotes from 3 different companies for the same exact door we had. From the get go, Triumph felt like the best option. They answered the phone and scheduled a free inspection visit on the same day, as the other 2 companies charged a fee just for the arrival. Their technician was informative and answered all my questions after taking measurements and pictures of the door. I received the quote 2 days later, which was surprisingly $400-$600 lower than the 2 other quotes. Upon the quote's approval by our insurance company, I called the office and placed the order, and the lead time was 4-6 weeks for our custom door. Since the beginning, the communication was qmazing. They kept me in the loop when the door was ordered, shipped and arrived. As soon as the door arrived (earlier than expected), I received a call from Sergei the manager, and had the installation booked for the next day (!!!). The team gave me a courtesy call when they headed our way, they completed the job within a few hours and the workmanship was great. I am very happy with the final product. I feel like they take pride in their work. They truly care about their customers' experience and I felt like they were willing to go the extra mile for our convenience and peace of mind. A couple of years ago, our garage door stopped working. We got it fixed by Segey. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and our garage door has been working perfectly. However, a couple of weeks ago, we decided to get a new door and my husband reminbered how knowlegeable and proffessional Segey was during the reapair and we decided to contact him. He responded immediatly, and our garage door was replaced sonner than we anticipated with complimentary inspections , high- quality material and great price. We are beyon impressed with our new door.
