Last update. I’m settling on a 4 star review. The work that was required to have both doors done correctly has been completed. We’re satisfied with the way everything was resolved. Even though it was not an ideal process, and there were some hurdles along the way, they did rectify the issues. I can appreciate the efforts they made in the end to make things right for us.We originally rated this company a 5 star. But I’m now updating my review to a 2 star. We had our doors installed over a month ago and neither of them are correct. We paid for double pane on both the double door and single door.The double door was not double pane. And the single door windows don’t have the grid pattern to match the double. There has been reason after reason as to why they can’t come and rectify the issues. As it stands, we have two doors that are incorrect. I felt like we were fed a lie. Below is the original review:We found this company on Google. Before even setting up an appointment to have them out we had a good conversation with them on the phone. They took the time to answer all our questions, and provide us with some great information. This company was very accommodating in regards to working with our schedule, and were able to get us what we were wanting without having to wait 3 weeks. The install of the double door was quick and painless. Unfortunately we have to wait for the single to come in.
